    Exceptionally clean boutique hotel with friendly efficient staff. Central location, just a short stroll away from Cairns Regional Gallery. So close to close to restaurants, and the airport with time to spare. Lots of food in the property, gourmet restaurant.

    The restaurant was really nice for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. The staff was well-trained, incredibly responsive, and responded promptly to requests. The location was wonderful, steps away from Cairns Zoom And Wildlife Dome.

    The hotel is wonderful relaxing, has well-trained staff and panoramic sea views. The location is absolutely perfect and nice, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cairns Regional Gallery...

    the bed is always comfortable

    For some reason we were not as impressed with this visit as much as we normally are. The room was not quite as comfortable, much noisier than normal and the staff were not as on the ball as normal & the housekeeper threw out a magazine that I had bought for my husband 3 months before ( he is in PNG and can't get them) he had not read it yet! :(

    It was in a good position,and the staff were friendly

    I thought that the prices of food and drink were too high.eg Breakfast @ $30 odd is way over the top.As a result of this,we never drank or ate at the hotel facilities-you could get a lot more business with reasonable prices.

    The location is great for day trips to the reef. There are live bands and lots of activity at the casino.

    It is a bit packed and feel like a convention hotel.
